Maeve Connolly

Maeve Connolly lectures on film, animation and visual culture at Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Previous publications include book chapters in The Irish in Us: Irishness, Performativity and Popular Culture, (edited by Diane Negra, Duke University Press, 2006); National Cinema and Beyond: Studies in IrishFilm, volumes 1 and 2 (edited by John Hill and Kevin Rockett, Four Courts Press, 2004 and 2005). She has contributed to journals such as Afterimage, CIRCA, Contemporary, Filmwaves, Third Text and Variant, and she is the co-editor of The Glass Eye: Artists and Television (Project Press, 2000).
